Check of belt tension
Check full contact on the floor and stability of the machine (full Contact of the Motion generator and the 5 pads on the floor).
Check of the proper torque of the higher and lower notched rings.
Check of the proper torque of the 6 platform screws.
Cleaning of the lower mechanical parts.
Check of left and right sensors plugs behind the front panel.
Encoder test and abnormal noise control (test 19).
Check of the proper position of the column electrical harness.
Following tests:
- Test 5: leds and segments lights
- Test 7: Sensors tests
- Test 9: platform Jack (encoding test).
Check proper working of the PFC fan. (Test 10 or 11)

We Recomend to change the column motor every 700 hours. If this is needed we will not charge for Labor during the maintenance call.
