Shipping & Returns

We'll consider returns or exchanges on all orders over $350.00 within 5 days of receipt. Select items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Here's the process:
1. Explain the reason for your return by contacting Customer Services at (305) 892-4588 or by emailing us here.
2. All return items must be UNOPENED.
3. Customer Services will create a valid RA # and make arrangements for your return.
4. You must enclose the RA# and ship the merchandise back within 15 days.*

Voila! You're done.
